    Exploring Iranian Married Working Women's Experiences Regarding Sexual Health Challenges

    Considering that the quality of personal life and the quality of sexual life of working women affect each other and job as the main factor is one of the dimensions that play an important and direct role in the people's quality of life, and also due to increasing women's participation in occupational activities In today's society, it is necessary to study the various aspects of the impact of the job on people's sexual life and its potential challenges. Aims: Exploring working women's experiences regarding sexual health challenges settings and The study design was qualitative content analysis. This study was a qualitative content analysis conducted on 32 working women working in public and private offices of Tehran, Iran, to discover their experiences of the role of jobs in sexual challenges. The sampling method was purposive, and data were gathered through semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was implemented using a qualitative content analysis method with a conventional approach. Codes were divided into four main subcategories: sexual problems due to employment, special working conditions, the essential needs for a sexual relationship, the need for better job management, and married-sex life. The employment and special working conditions are the factors that cause sexual challenges in working women to prevent. It seems that essential needs for sexual relationships, better job conditions, and sex life management should be used.

    Investigating Marital Satisfaction in Iranian Working Women: a Meta-Analytical Study

    Due to the increase in the employment of married women and its effect on marital satisfaction, this study was conducted to investigate marital satisfaction in working Iranian women. In this study, marital satisfaction in Iranian working women in domestic published articles was evaluated. Information bases such as Iranmedex, IranDoc SID, Magiran and PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science were used to find related studies. The Persian Keywords Women, Working Women, Marital Satisfaction, Sexual Function, Sexual Distress, Iran, and its English equivalent were used to access the articles. Finally, ten articles were selected and reviewed. The data show that the average size of employment effect on marital satisfaction in the samples is 0.063. The estimated point score (0.063) based on Cohen's criterion indicates the effect is minimal. From the articles' findings, it seems that being employed at a low level can affect marital satisfaction.

    Masturbation in Adolescents: a Systematic Review

    Masturbation is the development of sexual behavior with self-satisfaction to the point of satisfaction, which is mostly accompanied by daydreaming and often increases in adolescence and after puberty. The present study aims to review the observational studies performed in The field of masturbation in adolescents. First, a systematic review of all observational studies conducted in and outside the country in the period of 2010 -2020 and with language restrictions (English and Persian only) Search in Google Scholar, Irandoc, Embase, Science dire, Elsevier, Pub Med, Scopus was created using the keywords "masturbation," "teens" and using the appropriate operator such as AND, and all related articles are searched and collected. Articles were selected based on Strobe criteria, and items with a score of Twelve or higher were selected, and the results were reported. The results of 10 studies were summarized in four main categories: Prevalence of masturbation according to gender, Causes of masturbation, Side effects of masturbation, and Attitude towards masturbation. In most studies, the prevalence of this behavior is higher in boys than girls due to anatomical and hormonal differences. Both negative psychological effects and negative physical effects were reported as Side effects of masturbation. But still, the views of people of different religions about this practice are completely different. Due to the insufficiency of studies, it is necessary to recommend a study on this issue. Observing the existing studies, it can be concluded that proper education inappropriate sexual behaviors can put adolescents on the path to sexual health and physical problems and Reduce their morale.

    Sexual Life of Salaried Women in Iran

    Increasing the social presence of women in the labor market is one of the factors influencing the sex life of employed women, and efforts to improve their quality of sexual life are among the necessities. The objective of this study was to investigate the factors and interventions that influence the sex lives of employed women. In this study, articles published in Google Scholar PubMed, Web of Sciences, Science direct, Scopus, Iranmedex, Magiran, and SID Searches were collected using the following keywords: female employees, sex life, sexual health, sexual dysfunction, sexual function, quality of sex life, marital satisfaction, educational programs, and educational interventions, and their English equivalents. During the evaluation, 13 articles conducted inside and outside the country during the period 2010-2020 were included. The results of 13 studies were summarized in two main categories: factors favoring the sex life of employed women (8 articles) and measures in favor of the sex life of salaried women (5 articles). Benefiting from interventions and training based on individual psychology with different approaches can be an effective way to develop the mutual relations of couples and, consequently, improve the sex life of employed women.
