    Study on the Sexual and Reproductive Health Education among Female Workers in Industrial Sector (Referring to Free Trade Zone in Katunayaka).

    Industrial sectors are consisting with human capital and with the human diversity. As there are many youths who work in these industrial sectors, they have different cultural backgrounds, family backgrounds as well as their educational and psychological levels. Female workers in industrial sectors do not have a healthy living environment around to stay which will be affected by their health as well. Especially when it comes to the concepts of Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) education mostly the restrictions of families, values, shyness, traditions and the education, it limited to gain the education on SRH which is very essential to prevent from SRH related diseases, issues such as abortions, family issues and suicidal attempts which became a serious matter in the society. This research focuses on to identify the level of Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) education among female workers in free trade zone. Especially, the study was carried out based on three research objectives. Main objective is about identifying the level of SRH knowledge among female workers in free trade zone (FTZ) by providing semi-structured interview questionnaire to the respondents and other objectives are to focus the challenges faced by females in FTZ related to the knowledge on SRH, to find out appropriate mechanisms for expanding SRH knowledge and possible intervention for increasing SRH knowledge among female workers in free trade zone. The study was conducted by using the mixed method to collect data in quantitate manner to collect statistical evidence as well as to qualitative manner to collect further more in-depth information from the respondent .The data collection tool which used for this research was semi-structured interview questioners with a sample size of 30 respondents.
