dc.description.abstractA cancer which occurs due to unconnected replication of abnormal sales inside body.it can affect any kind of sales category in our body. Where sales functions, structure, totally get abnormal from its normal cell action. From all non - communicable diseases take place and currently children are too suspect to it. Research problem is "why cancer is spreading among children below 14. According to the study the main objective is finding what are the most common cancer type develop within these children among finding whether the gender is affecting or not to spread cancer. We used the simple random sample method here and the maharagama apeksha hospital was use as target population. The sample was 30 and the chisquare test was use to analyse the data. Descriptive statistics, time series analysis and GIS was used. Time series analysis was used to determine the prognosis of cancer. Finding of this research are food, generation, environmental factors cause for cancer leukemia, lymphoma, brain tammors are the major cancers among children and leukemia is the leader in cancer and gender is not etiological factor for cancer in childrenen_US
