    Knowledge, Skills and attitudes of the undergraduates need to be built and developed in order to make them Suitable employees in the future. In order to facilitate this knowledge, skill and attitude development beyond the curriculum the Human Resource Management Undergraduates of the University of Kelaniya are given to ten Projects. All projects are centered on the idea of gaining knowledge into the inner workings of the industry. The undergraduates increased their knowledge through the research and development of new Human Resource perspectives with links to Religion and Nature. Industrial visits offered the undergraduates the practical scenarios in which all their classroom learning were being put into action. New developments and challenges in the field of Human Resource Management was on discussion at the Panel Interview. The undergraduates were able to develop a multimedia video of the Human Resource theories they had learned. The skills and attitudes of the of the undergraduates were developed through the interaction with the industry personnel which gave the undergraduates to create links with them and also create a link with a leading firm in the industry to gain cooperation in the CSR activity carried out by the undergraduates. The HR flash was a platform for the undergraduates to learn and develop the entire experience was challenging and fruitful:

    HRM concepts has evolved during the past centuries with the changes of globalization, deregulation, social responsibilities and technology. This study, referring a novel concept of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices in Sri Lankan context. In Sri Lanka there are people who have never heard about this concept and some people who have heard about the concept are not clear about what it is. This study explores GHRM processes in Sri Lankan context which is a new emerging area. Recently, there has been growing interest as well as awareness within the business communities on the 'significance ongoing green and adopting various environment management techniques. As the corporate world is globalized, the business is experiencing a shift from the conventional financial structure to a modern capacity-based economy which is ready to explore green economicfacets of business. Today, GHRM has become a key business strategy for organizations where Human Resource Departments plays a significant role infocusing on going green. The methodology applied in this study is documentary review or a type of book research. This research largely focuses upon the several GHRM Processes pursued by the organizations in Sri Lanka and, explains the simplified meaning of GHRM. This concept is more important and valuable for Sri Lankan organizations 10 achieve competitive advantage at globally.

    Revolutionary technical solutions from a mini company - the story of Canart

    A mini company called Canart was born in March 2015 as a special project to fulfill for grasping an expert knowledge on the couple of critical course units such as Marketing for Human Resource Managers, Strategic Management, Introduction to Entrepreneurship and Business Plan Development. Four mini - companies were formed covering both second (2012/13) and third year (2011/12) batches as two companies per one batch. Canart embarked her outstanding journey as a small business in the second year batch (2012/13) since the beginning of March 2015.
